I’m Erika Chestnut — a tech leader, executive coach, and former engineer with over 20 years of experience navigating high-performance technology environments.
Across my career, I’ve seen firsthand how talented women in tech are often trusted to deliver — but not always positioned to lead. I’ve worked across organizational layers, partnered with senior leaders, and experienced the pressure of operating in environments where results are expected but recognition isn’t guaranteed.
